Fred is a founder-member of the Learner-Generated Contexts Research Group investigating how participative social media might shape the networked societies of the future. He has worked with the Internet since 1995 at many levels; academic, local government and nationally. Fred is interested in building solutions that matched the City-region Knowledge economy model of the EU in 2020.
